At The Path to Arabic, we believe that learning Arabic opens doors to understanding a rich cultural heritage, connecting with communities, and accessing classical texts. Our mission is to provide high-quality Arabic language education that empowers young learners with the skills and confidence to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently.
We specialise in teaching Arabic to beginners, creating a supportive learning environment where every student can progress at their own pace whilst being challenged appropriately. Our approach focuses on:
• Small Group Learning: Intimate class sizes ensure each student receives individual attention and support
• Step-by-Step Progress: Structured lessons that build skills systematically from foundational concepts
• Balanced Skill Development: Equal emphasis on reading, writing, and speaking to create well-rounded language learners
• Qualification Pathway: Optional preparation for GCSE Arabic and beyond for students who wish to pursue formal qualifications
Our classes are designed for children and young people aged 8-15 who are beginning their Arabic language journey. Whether your child has no prior experience with Arabic or has basic exposure through family or community settings, our beginner-level programme provides the structured foundation they need to develop genuine proficiency.
We are proud to offer our classes at Glasgow Central Mosque's New Community Hall, a welcoming space that serves families across Glasgow. Whilst our programme is independently organised and not run by the mosque, we are grateful for their support in providing an accessible and comfortable learning environment for our students.
The Path to Arabic is committed to making quality Arabic language education accessible to the Glasgow community, helping the next generation connect with the Arabic language and the opportunities it brings.
